Our challenge
We're looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with Credit Memo Domain expertise with exposure to Gen AI & Prompt Engineering.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities :
• Conduct detailed analysis of lending processes, including origination, servicing, and collections, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Develop comprehensive business and functional requirements, process flows, and use cases to support the implementation of lending solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, risk management, and compliance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to track key performance indicators and provide insights for decision-making.
• Participate in the testing and validation of lending systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements:
You are:
• The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of Business Analysis, Banking (esp. Lending) domain and people management skills to play a key role as functional consultant throughout the project life cycle of the assigned project
• Develop and own high-quality documentation throughout the duration of projects, including capturing functional requirements, system configuration, processes/workflow, test scenarios, data extracts and interface requirements, etc.
• Should be adept at understanding various calculation logic applicable at different processes/stages of Lending
• Well versed with Agile methodologies
• Should be able to work with Product owners, priorities requirements as features / Stories
• Good knowledge on JIRA and stories in JIRA
• Retail or Corporate Lending with proficiency in at least two of the following: Origination, Servicing and Collections
• Business Analysis skills and SDLC concepts
• Must possess deep knowledge of at least two of the following products: Commercial Loans, Home Loans. We can offer you:
